Time-2-Tri fitness bespoke training programmes are athlete centric, based around your goals, your work and your life factors. I will combine the latest scientific methodology and experience gained during 20+ years of representative level sport to maximise your potential.

 

To enable the programme to evolve as you do across the disciplines, athletes will be required to feedback to me for performance analysis.  Within the first month you have the opportunity to contact me on a daily basis with any queries you have about the programme.

           LEVEL 1 - Sport Specific.  Swim/Bike/Run/Conditioning. £40per month.

           1:1 Coaching sessions. £35/hour plus any travel or facilities cost

 

During these sessions, the focus can be placed on the technical aspects of each discipline including cycle power tests, swim, plyometric, run or cycle technique sessions. Your strengths and weaknesses will be identified and processes developed to improve your efficiency, skills and overall performance as an athlete.
