Personal Training

 

Short of time and struggling to juggle work, home life and children or think you’ve tried every exercise regime and diet out there?   As an active parent I understand the issues you face so why not allow me to take some of the pressure off?  Knowing your target, be it weight loss, strength and conditioning, toning or even to help rehabilitate a medical condition, is all you need! I will work with you to provide bespoke training and/or an innovative exercise programme to fit your needs.  Train at the park, the pool or your house or at a state of the art gym facility in Braunton, it’s your choice.

Having received the form I will contact you within 24 hours and arrange for a free consultation to gather your exercise history, lifestyle, goals, hopes and aspirations.

 

Next is a taster session to ensure that you enjoy the exercise, feel the benefits and to discuss your future options.  The taster session is £15 (£10 saving).

• One off session to work on any areas you would like.  Zone in on legs, arms, core or have an all over workout - it's your choice!  If it's a Cardio session that you need, then why not let my imagination test your limits?
