Time-2-Tri-Fitness

T-2-T Swim Squad is designed for triathletes and for club swimmers who may have had a while out of the water and want to get back at it.  Swimmers will expect to swim 400m in the sub 09:00min range.  

 

All sessions will be coached by level 2 qualified staff at North Devon Leisure Centre and will feature the following:

- Technique, muscular endurance and speed development
- A nurturing and social group environment
- Capped numbers per lane
- Streamlining of swimmers
- Fun, challenging and collaborative training as a squad

l will be targeting The Eton Dorney Swim Festival, Croyde Ocean Triathlon and The Exmoor Open Water Swim Races.

The cost is in blocks based on school term times eg a term of 6 sessions costs £60 which includes entry in to the NDLC, coaching and a gateway to a stronger, fitter, faster you.  Session times are 1030-1130.
